About Amatsu
Amatsu is a modern adaptation of an ancient Japanese approach to being well.
AMATSU has been used for thousands of years in Japan. Its main purpose is to restore the body's self-regulating mechanisms.
Rooted in ancient principles of natural movement, the techniques used include the gentle manipulation of ligaments and skeletal muscular systems. This is at the heart of Amatsu.
In clinical practice, Amatsu helps to restore balance to overall health and well-being . www.amatsuwexford.com offers a treatment that can be effective in treating a wide variety of common conditions.

Amatsu is not recommended to replace the consultation and advice of your General Practitioner (GP)

HOLISTIC
An Amatsu balance aims to release patterns of restricted movement that can be limiting and debilitating. Patterns of natural movement are encouraged to improve overall well-being and restore balance.
SEEKS OUT THE ROOT CAUSE
Amatsu seeks to address the root cause of symptoms of pain and ill health. Symptoms are assessed to understand how to move towards optimum body function.
NON-INVASIVE
Amatsu is non-invasive treatment. With Amatsu the body is encouraged to engage its intrinsic self-regulating mechanisms. Correction is not imposed from outside but is realised through gentle encouragement and a respectful cooperation.
What People Say
A Wexford Client
I've had back issues all my life and I've been to see many people about it. After my first few amatsu sessions with John I could finally notice the pain healing and it continues to heal over time. It is the only method that has dealt with the issue.
A Mother of Twins
Fionn (2 yrs old) had the best night's sleep he's ever had after the session and we have noticed he is flexing his shoulder now. Could I book him in for another session please...
Mag, Wexford
I first went to John suffering with a neck injury from a car accident I had over 20 years ago. It had left me with neck spasms and chronic headaches, coupled with lower back pain. After the first session I knew something had changed within my body. After the third session I was headache free.
